I’m so shocked that we got ANYTHING out of this session because my newborn baby was screaming in the background. haha I’m really surprised M’s face wasn’t scrunched up in horror. This session was done in about 10 minutes… can you believe it?! It’s a good thing I have such a great niece!

They’re such a fun family and had me in stitches the entire session. So thankful it worked out just in time before my baby arrived!

Mr. L loved that we were in the pasture with the cows… although, I don’t think he appreciated when they came running to us thinking we were feeding them. haha! Very memorable session indeed and very cute kids!

I love 6 months because babies tend to be smiley and can sit on their own (usually). Miss S is SOOOO unlike her sister when she was this age when it comes to hamming it up. Getting her little smirks are hard to come by.

This is usually my hectic/chaotic/frantic time of year in the studio (and outside when weather cooperates). I cut back quite a bit, but still managed to have quite a few families in for their holiday portraits. I’ve finally wrapped up the last few sessions and am now just trying to get Christmas cards cranked out before my little one decides to make her appearance. I’m getting so nervous because, had I had her the same time I did my 2nd child, I would have had her yesterday! Yikes!

Miss Amber and Jen came with their kiddos for some “family” shots. :) They’re best friends and wanted some girl shots of them together. I don’t blame them because they’re so beautiful!

He came when he was 4 weeks old. It was weird working with a baby that old because I’ve been so used to squishing them how I need them to pose. hee hee It all worked out and isn’t he so cute?!
